About
Hello and Welcome!
I primarily found Yoga as a hobby in 2007, when I began studying for my Bachelor's Degree at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. I juggled 8-10 classes a semester, in addition to rehearsals and practice time for performances in my spare time, and doing extensive reading and research in liberal arts and sciences classes. Life as a full time music and liberal arts student was challenging, and I sought after activities in my spare time that would transform my stress by nourishing and enriching me. A curious practice and interest soon became a steady immersion at classes that were offered at my school and in the Greater Boston area. Being introduced to yoga, I soon discovered a world of healing and knowledge that would indelibly impact my life.
I received my 200-Hour Registered Teaching certification in the Spring of 2015, with a principal focus in Vinyasa Flow. With a background in performing, vocal training, dance, theater, and movement, I like to encourage students to move and express themselves in ways that push beyond their ideas of what their bodies can do, one breath at a time. I start wherever you are, and have a keen interest and inclination towards healing and when called for, will apply healing practices during sessions. I first received Reiki energy healing in 2010, and have since developed my own abilities to balance, move, and unlock "stuck", negative or blocked energy in the body.
My goal is to help you improve your sense of self and well-being, by guiding you through ancient techniques to balance the energy in your body, helping your mind to focus, relax, and become one with your soul/spirit. Through my own personal deep practices in chakra balancing work, meditation, crystal therapy, journaling, pranayama, and Yoga asana flow, I can offer a more personalized, compassionate, well-rounded and comfortably guided approach to teaching and holding space for my students.
Based in Brooklyn, NY, I offer both private and group classes, that can be customized to fit your needs and desired location. There are many options to choose from, if you are interested in booking a session, click the "Book Now" tab on the opening homepage, "Classes", or "Book Online" tabs in the Headline Menu.
I offer the option to purchase multiple class cards at discounted rates, and under certain conditions will grant sliding scale options. I am also now accepting corporate, company and office clients, please contact me privately for rates and available sessions.
Please feel free to get in touch with me by sending me a private message through the "Contact" tab, along with any further questions or concerns about a session in your contact message; I am happy to accommodate and style a class that best reflects your needs and goals.
I look forward to sharing the beauty and magic of this incredibly transformational and healing practice with you.
Om,
Om Shanti,
Namaste.

"You have artist hands! You physically and energetically touched every student in this room. You have a natural gift and will greatly benefit working with private clients. I'm excited for your journey."
